Our 2.95m x 8m GF level, 9.2m 1F (24m²) tiny home framing kit includes wall frames, mezzanine frames, roof panels, site kit and related ancillaries (assembly screws, driver bits, gloves, construction plans).

9.2m L x 2.95m W x 3.35m stud height raking to 3.5m, studs at 600 crs, nogs at 800 crs, overall height 3.6m, roof at a 3 degree pitch, twin mezzanine each with stepped walkway (steps supplied by others). Designed for trailer mounting.

Through our in-house design team, we can also handle your building consent documentation and amendments of existing plans to suit steel framing if required. With adaptable designs, each of our frames can be accommodated to fit your own steel framing and construction requirements.

Frames are supplied as a pre assembled flat pack ready to stand with frame to frame fixings provided, or can be supplied as bundle pack for freighting. Indicative freight rates are for delivery of bundle packed frames (not assembled in factory but easy to reassemble once delivered) from our Waimate factory to Mainfreight depots.
